Texas Apartment Complex Sets Fire, 130 Apartments Destroyed

Firefighters struggled to put out a massive blaze at an apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas, Thursday night, in part because area fire hydrants were frozen in the state’s historic winter storm. 130 apartments in total were destroyed and part of the building collapsed. There have been no reported injuries.
