BIDEN & GAGA—ONE NIGHT ONLY: Joe Biden is wrapping up his campaign with a final event in Pittsburgh, PA, where he will be joined by pop icon Lady Gaga. ‘Lady Gaga’s gonna be speaking tonight, I’m gonna be singing,’ Biden joked with voters earlier today. Biden and Gaga have long teamed up on important issues; in 2017, they released a PSA together as part of ‘It’s On Us,’ the campaign started by Biden during the Obama administration to advocate against campus sexual assault. Biden, his wife Dr. Jill Biden, his running mate Kamala Harris, and her husband Doug Emhoff have spent all day in Pennsylvania to get out the vote in what could very well be the most important state in the race. President Trump won the state in 2016 by just over 44,000 votes, but accurate results might take a while to certify this year. Even with massive early voter turnout and widespread use mail-in ballots, at least 7 counties in the state won’t start counting mail ballots until Wednesday.
